Update and Last Show(s) of 2010!

It’s been a while, hasn’t it? Snow is piling up outside; the new year is approaching. I am very excited to say that my new album is really very close to DONE, and it has a name: Great Survivor. It also has eight songs and features some exciting collaborations. If all goes well, it will be released come spring. Stay tuned for more info on how you can pre-order your very own copy.

In the meantime, if you’re seeking a thrifty gift for that special someone, perhaps you might consider purchasing some of my music . All proceeds will help with album-related costs.

This week I’ll be playing my last two shows of the old year. Tonight I’m in Hamilton at the Casbah Lounge, for the world debut of BLACKBURN (feat. Pete Hall) with Joel Elliott. Tomorrow, I’m joined by Halifax charmer Klarka Weinwurm at the Imperial Pub as part of the 50 River concert series.

There’s more stuff coming up in the new year, including In the Dead of Winter Festival in Halifax next month, and a west coast tour this spring — so check the shows page for more news as it happens.

Tranzac Residency! New Album!

Back home in Toronto after an amazing eastern Canada tour. Can’t wait to visit the maritimes again soon.
